He went to sinaloa first and hopped on the train. The sinaloa cartel is the biggest cartel in Mexico. That's how he got into America. You're saying we should let these guys in but not the cartel. The cartel is making billions on sneaking in these type of people. If you want to stop the cartel stop allowing these people to make a business out of it. The cartel makes the majority of their money from smuggling people. The people have to pay the cartel to get a way to sneak into America. If those people are caught and sent back to Mexico they have to pay the cartels again to get their route in. That's 100 % profit. Its not like drugs where they have to pay to get the drugs started/ processed and packaged. Smuggling people is a huge business for the cartels. I agree we should let these type of people in America if they go by the right steps to get in. Sneaking across is a crime and it only hurts American citizens.

If you're gonna freight hop, make sure you bring a radio scanner so you can listen to the train crew's conversation and you can bail out if they become suspicious of trespassers. it is illegal it is called Hoboing and you can get arrested for it. What happened here was he hitched a ride in from Honduras to Mexico City were he met the coyote. The coyote drove him to the Ferromex railyard in Hermosillo and he jumped on the train since Ferromex is owned by Union Pacific an alert went out and the train was stopped when it came into the Nogales yard and he was arrested by UP bulls and the DHS the moment the train hit the border. Don't hobo it is illegal.

He isn’t wrong. The situation in honduras is horrible. Even now. Most people traveled longer for their families and have or haven’t gotten caught. Most people come to the united states looking for a job and a way for a new life. Even family members admit the situation is tough over there in Honduras.

It’s a sad story, but it’s still illegal! He needs to go back and try to get here legally or fight to change his country.

A big dangerous risk, but his reason for taking that risk... I get it. They come here with nothing but the clothes on their backs and whatever they can fit into a backpack if at all in search of opportunities for a better and safer life. Sometimes the illegal way is really the only way because our immigration system for whatever reason in recent decades makes it almost impossible for people to immigrate here legally, at least from Mexico.
