Your honesty is very much appreciated. Wishing you healing and you're a handsome guy. Dating is a pain and takes practice and patience. Always conduct yourself with dignity and high self esteem and guys will respond positively to that. You won half the game acknowledging that you can't control other people behavior.
Sending you good vibes Alex. Plus you are looking great. I've had to change my eating habits since my new kidney. I found out recently that I am not eating enough carbs. So I'm carefully adding some and have more energy. Good luck.
Hey good job and thanks for sharing all of these things it makes me feel better about all of my complexities even if they're not the same as yours. Like sometimes I get in my head over what I'm even feeling as in is it real or is it really that bad but it validates it when you say what you're feeling. Idk if that makes a lot of sense.
I've heard- and experienced- that if you've been on a deficit and then have a cheat day, there's a "whoosh" similar to when you lose water weight- your weight will still go down, but you'll feel better, the grouchiness will subside, etc. Obviously you wanna keep the deficit and not go overboard on cheat days or have too many because it's about balance, but it's definitely A Thing.
Big ups to you Alex, you help keep me motivated
