It's a good branch doctor but in metropolitan cities only like banglore, Mumbai, Chennai etc coz always and always anaesthesia doctors has still commanding on emergency casualty in most of hospitals.
One reason I love field work and rural postings..I love the subject... And I want stress free postings..and to get more quality time with family.. But I am confused about job opportunities...is community medicne not a good option
Paediatrics is a golden egg . provided u should have good clinical command on ruling out, differential diagnosis, paediatric procedures and if time is not am issue better opt neonatology also... Doctor 60 percent of facilities demanding for neonatology.....
