- In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be moving all of the monuments in the world into Abomey, the capital province of Dahomey, my favorite nation in the world, because if you don't love Dahomeys you are heartless.

My idea: Put all monuments in Constantinople and annex BYZ from console as TUR. Yes, buff Ottomans beyond believe and check if Ottoman AI will be able to do world conquest. :P

My favorite event in EU4 is Architectural Development. 100 of each monarch power for 33% of your yearly income is super good.

Favorite event has to be talented and ambitious daughter. They’re almost always amazing rulers and they spawn at a high enough age that there isn’t much time for them to die before you can abdicate.
Death is hardly a problem given how perfectly timed paradox crashes always seem to be.

My fav event is definitely "Comet Sighted!" I just love how my soul shrivels up and dies when the event pops up.
I always knew Dahomey was where the heart was, but I didn't know it's where the Ulm Minster, Saint Peter's Basilica, and Aya Sofya were too

Perhaps try imagining swallowing a piece of cheese (because I know you like cheese 🧀), but it is too big to be swallowed. It gets stuck in your throat and you want to gargle it back up again. Now try to muscle-memory the gargling sound, and add "...ekoloniseerd". Done! Your Dutch passport should arrive shortly after.
Unless you can't swim, then I wouldn't recommend becoming Dutch. All that water behind the dikes is always looking for a way to come in and flood our country 🌊

In 1975 Dahomey renamed itself to Benin.
But otherwise Dahomey is one of the countries in this game that's still kicking around which is cool

Favorite event for me has got to be comet sighted, the sudden jump in innovation and scientific drive after your populace becomes completely encapsulated by astronomy is a nice boon!
The comet event is my favorite 😍 it gives you so many options to choose from 😅😂🤣

I have a suggestion for a video related to this. All monuments in Khmer (whether Oudong [in game capital] or in the historical capital of Angkor [where Angkor Wat is]). Thanks for the fun videos.
That would be cool to see. In most of these videos Khmer doesn't get mentioned and disappears from the map pretty early. I'd love to see them do well for once.
My favourite events are any of the one that give awesome leaders, like Lux Stella.

The most blessed event is the wandering minstrel. Always seems to come in clutch when you need it most. That immortal minstrel wandering through the globe and all the eons of this world singlehandedly stabilising nations is a real hero.
My favorite is the comet when you can pick interesting or whatever because normally when you see the comet its sad but that option feels like slapping the game.
My favorite event in EU4 is the "Comet Sighted" Event. Gotta love that -1 Stability Bonus
Favorite event? The Capture of Beijing. Getting free land is fun, but nothing is more satisfying than seeing all of North China occupied at the push of a button
Favorite event is obviously talented and ambitious daughter but the advisor evenst are really good if you can time them well. Radical Reforms, the plus 20% and 10% morale and discipline events, etc. If you time them well you can stomp.
Favorite flag is either Commonwealth, Ditchmarschen, or Prussia.

Favorite event is the inspirational leader for that sweet 10% discipline :D
Fav event has to be either the god heir events, or the classic radical reforms, because 400 free-ish mana is just so nice to have.

My favourite eu4 event is the Talented and Ambitious Daughter, because I will essentially get a god ruler in a few years & my second favourite is the A New Champion of the Joust event, which can give me a general with 100 mil tradition. Either one of them is good, but it's when the stars align that I get both of them in short succession of one another.
This is an unorthodox take, but i really the event for the capture of beijing as oirat, its a nice bit of flavour you dont see anywhere else and makes world conquest speedruns a bit more interesting
My favourite event is the war of the roses (I'm scottish and play scotland/gaeldom/the isles a lot). Best flags for me are Chachapoya, Luristan, Offaly, and Sardinia. Very based.
I'd love to see you do this to Berlin. That would be amazing, seeing an absolutely borked Prussia into Germany to Rome would be great!
And my favorite event is the Child in the Reeds, most of the rulers it gives are at least 10 total mana, and usually have good mils (for me)

I'd like to see every monument in Beijing or some other area of Ming, because it feels like the China region gets completely subjugated by foreign powers when Ming goes boom and releases all those weak statelets. If one of these breakoffs had all the monument buffs then maybe they could pull a comeback and unite China under a new local banner.

If you could, I would love to see you give some other TH-cam a challenge. See if they can start as some of these nations you've mega buffed, without the buffs, and still do better.

Wakanda is in northeastern Africa... it borders Lake Turkana. Probably would've been more accurate to use either Welyata or Kaffa, and not only that, probably would've made for an interesting video having an earlier encounter with the Mamluks/Ottomons. Or maybe even a custom nation.
