Great video, but I can never ever ever ever take responsibility and fault for something I did not do. All the best

I totally understand and I certainly do not advocate doing so. What you have to focus on is what other potential customers might read, as opposed to who is right or wrong, and the risk of having an argument which suddenly becomes public and potentially damaging for your business.

if especially you, yourself manage the site of your company. I had a Korean lawyar who deleted all negative comments and kept only the positive. I understood that when II tried to post a negatative feedback after 5 years delays of my case, it was deleted immediately. Long live the strong and crafty!

What should i do if even when I responded in the best possible way the client is still dissatisfied?

In some cases it is best to end the conversation. If you've followed all the steps in the vid and you are still having issues then just drop the debate. At least everybody reading your answers will see you have tried hard which is the main thing.

Looked for best way to responding to positive reviews to get most.? Do reviews help Google searches ? Should we leave key words in reviews ? YELP is bad, they hide all our reviews, maybe a video for keeping Yelp reviews showing. Thank you

Google reviews influence your rankings in map. Keywords within reviews will also play a part but only if they are in the customers' reviews, not in the responses from the owner (that would be too easy)
