    Hi Rebecca, just want to say thanks for this video, it's helping me go back to my normal weight! I was 52 before the quarantine, and now I'm 56. But that will change soon, you and Alfie are with me every morning helping me get back on track, greetings from Spain.

    This is SUCH A GOOD WORKOUT. I am so picky with my workouts, and I have to say I enjoyed this one so so so much. I don't think I've ever said that about a workout before! This is definitely my go-to. Thanks Rebecca, keep up the great work!

    Love your workouts Rebecca. Feeling the burn! Seriously! Hope you can create a workout for arms esp focused on avoiding shoulder widening. I have broad shoulders and I just want to get toned and lose the arm fat but have to be careful coz my shoulders widen quickly.

    LOVE Rebecca Louise!! Started with arm workouts just about every day for two weeks and I can see and feel the difference. This 15-minute full body work out is a challenge, but doable. It made me sweat and raised my heart rate. All of Rebecca Louise's workouts that I've tried have been keepers. Great to have the diversity. THANK YOU!! (I'm 55).

      Rebecca-Louise Yes! Standing abs! I am 39 weeks pregnant and have kept up with all your leg/butt/thigh and arm workout (with slight modifications) but ab work is basically non-existent right now. Standing abs would be mostly doable though!!

    Dear Rebecca. I do not usually leave comments on you tube, but this time I have to! This was just amazing. I usually get bored of workout fast, and this one is super, short enough but efficient; for busy women we all are! May I suggest more of those 15 -20 minutes workout so that I can still do it before running to daily obligations, without feeling guilty. You rock, I love your energy. Thanks & kisses from Paris.

    Thanks Rebecca for sharing this video. I broke my ankle 5 months ago and I have had such a hard time getting back into working out. I am a woman of 53 and in my menopause and it all just seemed too much. I gained weight this last year bacuse I stopped working out and my eating habits got bad. The good thing is I started your workout today and I will continue. I will also change my diet to less processed foods and more leafy greens and natural sweet foods....

    Great workout! I'm such an anti intense exercise person after some major health issues a few years back. This is perfect intensity for those that are just getting back into more energetic output during exercise lol. I did it two times through! The first time light and easy warm up. Second time with greater intensity! And I feel it! Thank you!

    Really enjoyed this workout! I was able to do most of it, but found the lunges hard on my knees. Is there a way to modify that position to work the area, but be gentler on my knees?

      Hi Lovely! Awesome job for pushing through but YES if you're body is telling you the lunges are too much, we can modify with wither sumo squat, really wide legs so that your knees don't carry the weight, or you can do diagonal leg raises or deadlifts so we keep those legs working! Sound like a plan? ❤️😃

    Hey Rebecca, i was wondering, I work out for 45 min a day but i have been skipping the warm up and cool down so i get 45 min of exercise. Is that ok? or should i do warm up and cool down and just not as much working out, or should i do just one of them? I am not sure what i should do, what do you think?

    Hey Rebecca! I absolutely love your videos. I always use them whenever I need a little pick me up (or if I don't have any shoes with me 😜) but they always give me what I need. It would be even more awesome if you could post how many calories your workouts can burn in the description box. I think that would be greatly appreciated by many of your viewers-- including me!       Calorie burn varies from person to person! Someone with more muscle might burn more calories than someone with less so if i did that it would be very general!

    Workout done! So nice to see Alphie! Oh noo...there were my dreaded lunges in the exercise! I so hate lunges, I think it was what put me off doing my calendar and now i have fallen off the exercise wagon. :( SO hard to get back on!

    When alphie is with you in the workout it feels better because if alphie can do it I can do it to and he's so cute and handsome he reminds me off my dog 🐶 🐕
