I agree. It is tempting to get something like this (if you have the money) because of the space and luxury. If you plan on staying in one place for extended periods of time then this would be really nice but I’d actually like to travel with mine constantly. Right now I just have a single axle travel trailer that I can pretty much go anywhere with but will eventually want a nicer motorhome to live in but will be moving around a lot. It’s all about the travel and different settings for me. Plus you’ll be spending significantly less money on diesel for a class C.

A lot of hateful negative comments on this video that I have seen. I will grant you the driveway is a little bit narrow. But that can be fixed easily the important thing on this video is they got the RV safely where they wanted to go, and he did it without damaging anything. He even stopped and waited until he could clearly see where his daughter was. I hope you enjoy your new RV and you have safe travels down the road.

It would be very challenging to do that with ice. Not sure we would attempt that! But we do have a couple of spots that we can also park the motorhome at the bottom of the driveway.
I would do some tree removal and trimming, and i would widen the driveway a few feet on each side so you can go flying right on up with no issue. Add a large area to the inside of the turns so you can make it care free
Interesting choice having this toddler walking all around this ordeal. Even more interesting is so many commenters commending their parenting. I guess I'm not a good parent, bc I'd have that little kid isolated somewhere nowhere near the wheels, like perhaps INSIDE the rig, SITTING. But, I guess this is why I don't ever win Parent of the Year, because I never let my kid as a tiny toddler wander around freely near a moving motorhome.
Next investment would be on the drive, you have plenty of land there to make it wider and easier to drive in and not loose the appeal of the wooded area....
Try widening your driveway just a little bit. You can use some gravel or anything and some fabric underneath and then put a border down your driveway to help hold everything in the flattest area of the ground. We had a huge diesel pusher just like this and when we pulled it, we got it onto the grass and it started to sink and sink down a good foot and a half , within minutes!! Neighbor come down and pulled us out. We were trying to put in our new driveway and we got off course just a bit. 😵💫 That’s the problem with these large vehicles, they’re extremely difficult to turn around. You can’t go off the beaten path. It’s not good to go try to go down in wooded area dirt road etc. you have to be very very aware what you’re driving on. Always have to be aware of the overhead height. Some states require you to have a CDL license to operate one of these monster vehicles! Luckily my husband and I both held the CDL., his truck drivers😊 This would be just too much stress for me. I’d be chopping down a few trees. I’d be doing a little widening and whatever needs to be done to make this an easy quick and smooth transaction. All of this monitoring everything just kind of takes the fun out of everything makes it a bit stressful.
