I can never cruise at 19 because i weigh 215 plus clothes, backpack. The XR takes forever to get me there. (17-18) is where my board starts pushing me back on the XR) I can't wait to cruise at those higher speeds.... I've heard of a possible firmware update in the future.
I owned a pint for almost a year now and its pushback is 14-16. I took my first major fall at 500miles and I learned I can't outrun 22.3 flat. So, Ill just stick to carving at 12-13 as 20 is a bit fast for me. I can't wait later this year to get my GT! Loving the cutout fender!
Nice review. I certainly didn't buy the GT to cruise around at under 20MPH! That pushback will drive me nuts. Mine gets here in 2 days and I can't wait. I'm sure they will update their firmware or something to relax the pushback eventually or everyone will sell their GTs and just ride their XRs. I know I would
I just went for my first ride on it and it was awesome! The extra horsepower made bumps feel much smoother and the acceleration is badass. Future motion needs to realize that they shouldn't pump the tire pressure to 20 at sea level and then ship up to Denver! I can't believe that it didn't pop from that. It got here at well over 30psi and it was unrideable. I let a lot of air out😄
My thing is why can't they or someone else just start scaling these things larger... faster... further... Think twice as large tire, foot pads, bearings, plus mud tires for the swamp

I’m sure they will update the firmware. The XR went through the same thing.

The pushback is entirely in the programing of the controller right? So it can def be adjusted?🤞
Yes. It could/should be a setting, or be able to select a “pro mode”.

Thanks. The issue is fixable. The XR underwent at least a couple firmware updates to be where it is today.
I'd be surprised if they modified the pushback at all. They've been pretty firm on why it is the way it is.
