Even if the walk the dog letter isn’t suppressed, the pros has more than enough to prove their burden that she attempted to kill him and wa successful second time around. Hope Eric gets justice and she goes away for life.
Exactly, they have plenty of material to get a conviction to send her away for a long time but hopefully the jury isn’t tainted by the walk the dog letter.
I think the defense had claimed the “walk the dog” letter was found in the envelope marked with her attorney’s name and should not be evidence because it was privileged but testimony proved the letter was found in a book.
Exactly more lies from the defense that letter was attorney client privilege it's just more smoke and mirrors from the defense attorneys to create any doubt her rights were"violated" and to keep this Walk the Dog letter out of the trial because it's very damning and demonstrates how manipulative Kouri is in trying to get her family members, namely her brother, to testify false information about Eric getting illicit drug's from Mexico. It's like beating a dead horse and the judge is tired of it already!@@backpain4ever505
Kour appears toi have an impulse control issue. It's what got her into cell with allegedly killing her husband then it got her into this mess with allegedly trying influence witnesses and will keep getting her deeper in the hole. This 2nd defense team must be privately grumbling that she can't stop making things worse.
she went from saying there were 6 pages, to 6-8 pages, then 9 pages. and it was not a lawyer/client privileged document. it was not directly from/to her lawyer and addressed to her mom. and whether you call it a letter, note or a scribbled in crayon drawing is irrelevant. semantics. also i find the inappropriate banter between Kouri and the male lawyer disgusting. but hopefully, they will do this during the trial to show her true character
@@DoncasterLass will you point out where we can see the inappropriate banter between KOURI and the attorney? I would love to see it and I watched this video and didn’t catch it.
Another twist in this case where Kouri was trying to tamper with witnesses that would be testifying on her behalf, namely her brother. I don't see the defense attorneys getting around another barbell thrown into the case.
They’re going to have to at least glance at every piece of paper and object during cell searches to identify whether or not it’s contraband… even so-called “privileged documents.” How else would they know what it is?
Imagine being so lucky to sit on the jury with that judge and his amazing voice to having the misfortune of having to listen to that defense attorney, where every word is like a knife in the ear.
@@North_West1 Exactly wrong. She's no different - mountains of evidence all over the place, verifying her guilt and she's fighting reality every step of the way in delusion.
I believe it shows witness tampering trying to get her brother to lie about Eric and drugs. Might implicate her mother too, but don't quote me. It was like a script for the mother and brother to recite on the stand if I remember correctly.
Well personally I feel it has to be rejected. Once they have established that it’s Atty/client privileged, everything from the time he read the first words, “it’s tainted fruit from the tree of privileged information ”. I hate it but that’s the law. I’ve been in troubled with the law before because of BS, and I feel they need to find something that’s more tangible from their side of the confiscated property. Just my opinion.

I think he’s just nervous and uncomfortable with the questioning because it’s very obvious that the attorney is trying to catch him doing something wrong. They are absolutely required to do regular searches of the inmate’s cells to find weapons, drugs, and other contraband. It’s inevitable that they’re going to have to take a glance at even “privileged documents” in order to identify them as such.
Could this defense attorney be any more muddled? 🙄Clumsy attempts at gotcha moments. Irritating

There are so many hearings in this trial by the time we get to the trial we will know every witness and every piece of evidence.
Kinda crazy
Where is she going with all if this ?
They have nothing so they're attacking the police & jail
She’s trying to establish that the guards confiscated and/or viewed privileged documents.
Well. I disagree. They finally got the size of the bed. Says & proves everything doesn't it? LOL.. just joshing, soo stoooopid.

Reminds me of another defence of a nother famale defendant in MA.Except this lawyer didn't manage to organize a mob defending her client.
