Dear, I can't suggest the size to u, I am almost 5'10 and I am using L size. It's better to try the size before buying.

Dear, both Nirvik and Stealth evo are topend and good jacket for touring & price are almost similar. I suggest you try both at shop and decide based on your comfort and fit as a jacket might be fit to one person but might not be compfortable for other.
So go and try both as both jackets are very good.
