    I feel like his advice is just for Kat and Ben 😂
    I’ve never thought Martin knows what he’s talking about. Most people are near or below the “breadline”.

      All the more reason to squeeze a few more % out of what you already spend surely? You don't have to be rich to use cashback sites or debit cards......

    This is so dangerous. For a country already crippled in debt. Cost of living so high…. This is super dangerous advice. AMEX are extremely high interest cards. Like 28%.

      People are not ignorant to the risks. He always makes the point of the need to pay it off in full! Additionally people who don’t have good financial basis wouldn’t be approved anyway.

      He clearly says "if you're going to buy it anyway", and also gives a method that doesn't involve ANY debt.

      @@neilbrabbs84 my point is encouraging an already debt crippled nation, to potentially fall into more debt! The only sound advice he gave was “plan a budget and make the budget work” & “call friends and family and make sure you plan small gifts etc” that’s my strong opinion. The UK nation is struggling.
