@Horizonshot Not necessarily. There's nothing wrong in the code, it's not something you can fix. Some day youtube will stop supporting a particular function, let's say, modifying the title of a video, or reading the number of views via code. Until that day, the code will read the number of views and write it in the title. Code doesn't "rot".

I'd imagine the views presented by the TH-cam API are what are also used to show end users. All of the view fudging and aggregation will happen in the background before it's presented anywhere.
