Yes, you can glide for a little while under no power. Which is good also because the thing is a gas guzzler. Always grab extra gas. But you also can't refuel in flight. Have to land it.
..Gas runs out very soon in these powered hang gliders...I was flying over Severny in Erangel yesterday & suddenly the fuel ran out....I had two more extra gas cans in my backpack but was unable to refuel it mid-air...So eventually the engine stopped....Then it started gliding down towards the ground....I managed to control it adjusting it to the right+left...Atlast I landed on a beach nearby & refueled the aircraft...Then again took off... . 🛬
