I think he won't eat any other high calories dishes on challenge day bro mostly he may take 200 - 400 calories for remaining time of that day i think so 3900 calories total and his maintain calorie level maybe 2000-2500 so balance 1900 calories he can reduce it by walking everyday for 30mins itself bro by eating maintenance calories all other days
200-300 calories burned by walking 30mins a day
200-300x7 = 1400-2100 calories burned
