    Wow! I love this slide, how open and wide it is in spots, and the color...everything starting to change, so beautiful! The summit is amazing as well, and appearing so narrow! I love this, and once again, you all make it look easy. Thank you Brian for your awe-inspiring videos 🤗❤👍👍👍!

      Thank you sooo much!!! Believe it or not. I’m actually replying to your comment as I sit at the very top head wall of a very steep slide right now in the Adirondacks. Just so dreamy.

    I've hiked to the top of Beckhorn and Dix but I definitely didn't do it like y'all did it haha. The views from Dix might be the best that I've seen in ADK high peaks

      Honestly, I agree, I think the summit of dix is possibly one of the best

    Nice hike. Calamity slide seemed more intense than this one.

      I think calamity slide seemed more intense as well. Statistically, though this one was more intense. I did a horrible job of capturing the grade without any other side shots on the final head wall.

    Awesome!!! How was the shwack up the drainage? About how wide was it at our best guess? Did you notice a lot of little water falls? Thanks for any beta you have! Scoping it for skiing.

    • @BrianHikesAllDay
      @BrianHikesAllDay  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      One of the most beautiful drainages at the bottom with literally crystal clear blue pools. It lasted maybe a quarter mile and then it was just not the prettiest drainage. Nothing scenic don’t regret not filming any of it. I am not a skier, but the two kids that I hiked this with our big time skiers and that is one of the reasons why they love slide climbing so much is planning ski routes. I highly suggest reaching out to them for any skiing related questions on any of my slide climbing videos. They could answer them the best.

      Very sticky feet 😂😂. If you can tell my cameras on the ground, it’s because I’m holding my camera with like two fingers and using my other fingers to grab shit. 😂😂
