week 11 down in flagstaff! i
in this week's vlog, i read "Had I Known" by Barbara Ehrenreich. i head down to Arizona to train with HOKA for their Media Marathon Network program + then my mom visits me back in New York City.

Ahh thank you kate! I look forward to these videos. Always watch them on the treadmill when it’s too rough to run outside. Also-- great mindset- Something always comes along!
