- Hi welcome back to my channel! Just sharing some of my life updates in New York! It’s been almost 2 years since I moved here, it’s not easy but I find myself learning and growing each day! In the next coming vlogs, I will share with you how I’m gonna furnish our apartment on a budget, furniture recommendations and maybe some DIYs. Stay tuned.

i had lived in Queens for 3 yrs in a 100 yr old apartment and survived with the usual "tabo" in the bathroom. 😂 Really liked living there but raising kids was the next plan so we had to move out and be close to family. hope to be back someday with the kiddos so they can see where we started out. it was so humbling but fun. glad you guys found a good place in NYC to start . i had patients there back in the day and the community is safer than the other places I serviced. best wishes to you guys!🎉

@@YamConcepcionTV NJ is much cheaper which is just across the river of Manhattan! Try visiting Edgewater or Cliffside NJ! You get nature and easy access to the city.

OMG this reminds me of the time when I used to live in the UES. I used to haul heavy stuff by myself up and down my 5th floor walk up apartment 😭 Back when the UES was still nice and "safer", now you have to be very mindful of your surroundings. Congrats and be safe out there
