I agree completely. Every dog we’ve ever had became part of our family and they all live between 13 and 16 years old. I love all animals and would help any strays I could with a safe place to call home but unfortunately I’m not able to afford it or have the land to be suitable. Now once I buy another home with land I will try to help one at a time.
I agree! I hate when people buy or take in an animal just because its cute but didnt do the research and it turns out they dont fit their lifestyle so they leave them out or let them loose.

He looks like he's got some Akita, husky, or Malamute and him. I'm leaning more towards the Akita or Malamute because of the position of his ears on his head and the shape of his head

But, the way the ears sits on the head and the shape is ahead make me lean towards Akita or Malamute. Obviously I don't think it's a purebred, but I do see those traits for Akita and Malamute. And heterochromia isn't husky only type of the same. Australian shepherds are very prone to it also and there are few other breeds out there like that

That was so sweet giving Jami his paw! He didn't do that for LE, Megan, or Lester, when he met them, and LE even fed him and gave him water! Jami walks up, and before she even gets close to him, he extends his paw, and said hi pretty lady want to be my friend! I could watch that on a loop! He's so sweet and so beautiful I don't think you're going to have a hard time finding him home at all! 💞

I'm pretty sure the other dog that Meghan saw this dog with showed up in Jake's dad's garage or barn. And she was very scared. So, hopefully at least for now, I'm thinking your Predator issue might actually be handled, for now. As a rescuer, I personally want to thank you for not killing these dogs. As a farmer and a landowner oh, I know that you would be perfectly within your rights to do so. I want to thank you all for being reasonable and rational enough to understand that when these dogs kill your livestock, nine out of 10 times it's because they are hungry. Dogs having a taste for blood is an old wives tale full of BS. All dogs and cats should have a taste for blood. They are carnivores. That's why they have the long pointy fangs! It's specifically for tearing flesh. Dogs by their very nature are predators and scavengers. If they can't scavenge food, they hunt kill and eat. I want to thank you all there on Morrow Hill for being logical and reasonable enough to understand this simple fact and you do everything you can to help them. As someone who has literally dedicated her life to animals, at least the last 40 years, I want to tell you just how much this means to myself and others like me who have dedicated their lives to rescuing dogs cat Etc. I know you guys have to understand because you also our Rescuers. Animals are animals whether you're rescuing farm animals or dogs and cats, or snakes parrots dogs and cats like I do, you're still a rescuer. And while I am very grateful for the farm animals you rescue, I'm even more grateful for your understanding that these dogs aren't bad dogs and they don't need shot simply because they have a quote taste for blood.
I'm in Wisconsin and have a foster failure. He and his litter mates were from the south. In fact most of the rescues we get are from the southern states. Thank you for all you do.

This dog is a he not a she. I also was in animal rescue for years myself. However, a dog that starts attacking, killing and eating other animals isn't always because their hungry. It's because their predators and their predatory instincts have been sparked during their hunt, capture, torture and kill. They will instinctively remember the last place they saw their prey and continue to go there until they dominate and destroy it. They remember it because they mentally remember the "taste" of it's blood or it's essence of nature. So, it's not really an old wife's tale. No offense meant by disputing or disagreeing with your post. :/

I'm so glad that you're taking him to the vet and going to get him the care he needs. I kind of feel like some people would convict him with circumstantial evidence. I'm assuming that no one actually saw who unalived the chickens, turkeys and genie. It's truly awful that you lost them. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for not being this pups judge, jury and hangman. Even if he did do it. If you were starving and had a chance to have a chicken or turkey dinner with a couple of guineas on the side you would probably do the same thing. I can almost promise you I would. I totally agree that it's 100% the people's fault he's having to hunt for his food. I think they should be carried off somewhere and dumped to die. Just like they did to this poor baby.

He seems so sweet. He hooked Jami when he raised his paw to her. He looks to be Akita & Husky mix because of the 1 brown, 1 blue eye. I can see an Akita head. Siberian Husky is where his blue eye is coming from. He's a handsome fellow!

Lester.. I’ve met some stray “dogs” in my time.. ran the other way! 🤩 The dog is pretty. Y’all will make him a good pet. He seems like he once was a pet. He may have run away, or stolen.. he favors an Alaskan Husky ..in the face. Oh how special.. he recognized Jamie as a tender female.. gave his paw to her. Animals that have no home for reasons? Naturally are hungry… so they have to find food.
He is beautiful. He has husky in backround. The eyes, the fur and the body stucker are signs of husky. He will start talking to you when he is comfortable with you... Lester you will love it.
Lester, My dogs are all shedding just like Bond. It is seasonal. But, taking them to the vet any time the stress will make them shed all over me. God, what a sweet dog Bond is. Thank you for quickly removing him from that fly infested stall. I have NEVER SEEN your stalls in that condition. I am so sorry, guys. I know you are hurt. 😢
Oh Lester, he's beautiful and I saw that other video of him with the girls, they all were doing so well. He for sure had Husky in him, my girl that is German Shepherd, Husky mix and she sheds year round. BUT she's the most loyal, the best guard dog! And will run any other dog/ whatever off. I totally think you need to round it up to 8. He would be such a good stern guard dog!! Please keep Bond... he'll be such a great addition ❤❤❤

It pisses me off that with the massive influx of people in that Neighbourhood across the street from you, Liberty County couldn’t budget some tax money & at least try to establish some sort of Animal Control (ie:licensing) & a shelter. Sadly, Until that happens, this problem will only grow. Secondly…I love your shorts, Lester..you should wear them more often! Seriously!😊 Thirdly, I didn’t realized that ALL Cornholio’s girls are gone. No wonder he’s been so crabby & feisty lately.😢 Lastly, My heart melted ❣️when I saw Bond bond immediately with Jami. Like a true double oh seven, he was an absolute gentleman reaching out to take Jami’s hand. I fell in love with him right at that moment😍. He IS a Keeper.

We lived rural for 15 years and so many people from the city would dump their dogs with puppies and without. And drive away. It’s is so heart breaking. I hope this guy. Forges forward to a great life! Ty so much for not pre-judging him!!

I’m glad Lester addressed the stall situation. I noticed how dirty they were when Bri put her goat in there. They could all use a good power washing.
I think they need new care takers. ISS is always dirty when they come over and nobody anywhere in sight cleaning or working (not saying any names)
You forget that the care takers are blood family and that is way more important than a dirty stall.

This poor baby belonged to someone at sometime or another. He's beautiful and scared and it breaks my heart!! My fur babies are my forever.. they are my little loves, that's what I call them😊.

We can take them off the streets and Spruce them up a bit, but giving them a home means that they are taking up the space of me pulling another dog off the street. And that's not to say I have not had many Foster failures in my lifetime. Thank you for fostering. It's a difficult job!
This dog is a he not a she. I also was in animal rescue for years myself. However, a dog that starts attacking, killing and eating other animals isn't always because their hungry. It's because their predators and their predatory instincts have been sparked during their hunt, capture, torture and kill. They will instinctively remember the last place they saw their prey and continue to go there until they dominate and destroy it. They remember it because they mentally remember the "taste" of it's blood or it's essence of nature. So, it's not really an old wife's tale. No offense meant by disputing or disagreeing with your post. :/

I'm so glad that you're taking him to the vet and going to get him the care he needs. I kind of feel like some people would convict him with circumstantial evidence. I'm assuming that no one actually saw who unalived the chickens, turkeys and genie. It's truly awful that you lost them. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for not being this pups judge, jury and hangman. Even if he did do it. If you were starving and had a chance to have a chicken or turkey dinner with a couple of guineas on the side you would probably do the same thing. I can almost promise you I would. I totally agree that it's 100% the people's fault he's having to hunt for his food. I think they should be carried off somewhere and dumped to die. Just like they did to this poor baby.
Punishment should fit the crime...humans that do this are not humans in my opinion

This new Beautiful Rescue is Absolutely Beautiful and I am pretty sure after her giving Jami her paw that Jami Will Fall In Love,and how can you not..she has Husky in her and very Loyal Dogs(I know because I've owned them since Birth)however,I own a Red Nose Pitbull now. Lester you are totally right, it is the humans fault, the poor animal is looking for food and is hungry, so in his nature they hunt! If we didn’t had a grocery store we would hunt too. So plz do not blame the animals!

He seems so sweet. He hooked Jami when he raised his paw to her. He looks to be Akita & Husky mix because of the 1 brown, 1 blue eye. I can see an Akita head. Siberian Husky is where his blue eye is coming from. He's a handsome fellow!

Lester.. I’ve met some stray “dogs” in my time.. ran the other way! 🤩 The dog is pretty. Y’all will make him a good pet. He seems like he once was a pet. He may have run away, or stolen.. he favors an Alaskan Husky ..in the face. Oh how special.. he recognized Jamie as a tender female.. gave his paw to her. Animals that have no home for reasons? Naturally are hungry… so they have to find food.

He is beautiful. He has husky in backround. The eyes, the fur and the body stucker are signs of husky. He will start talking to you when he is comfortable with you... Lester you will love it.
Lester, My dogs are all shedding just like Bond. It is seasonal.
But, taking them to the vet any time the stress will make them shed all over me.

Oh Lester, he's beautiful and I saw that other video of him with the girls, they all were doing so well. He for sure had Husky in him, my girl that is German Shepherd, Husky mix and she sheds year round. BUT she's the most loyal, the best guard dog! And will run any other dog/ whatever off. I totally think you need to round it up to 8.

It pisses me off that with the massive influx of people in that Neighbourhood across the street from you, Liberty County couldn’t budget some tax money & at least try to establish some sort of Animal Control (ie:licensing) & a shelter. Sadly, Until that happens, this problem will only grow.

We lived rural for 15 years and so many people from the city would dump their dogs with puppies and without. And drive away. It’s is so heart breaking. I hope this guy. Forges forward to a great life! Ty so much for not pre-judging him!!
