For example, the dolmens in Alik'r desert always give rings and glyphs which can help you level both jewelry and enchanting together. I am sure you know how fast the rotation is in that zone and how much of the items you get. This is a more cost-effective and a simple approach but just a little example.

That person is incorrect. Extracting someone else's glyphs gives substantially more experience.
