@@Kotohira_ Hi, sorry wasn't on TH-cam for the past 3 weeks due to work >_< I found my house via house listing on Hida City Hall's website! I not sure what to do yet, most probably manage a small veggie garden, do some farm work with the local farmers. if I am ambitious probably a small eateries.
I've always imagined myself living in the countryside here in the states, but this is on a whole new level. I love everything about it from the historical aspect, to the culture, and meeting new people from all over. I really hope I get to go to Japan when it comes time to pick orders.

However as I got older my life just shifted in a direction that no longer accommodated that dream. If I am honest, I think I became too scared to leave my comforts and start again. But thank you for making my dream a reality through your beautiful filming, editing, commentary and humour. Last year I hiked Kumano Kodo across the Kii peninsula from Osaka to Shingu. It was life changing and I have thought about it every day since.
