Thanks for the guide I have toughness connections on Bora it perfectly fits her utility role with amazing sub stats, burning curse can be great for her but will needs burning greed teammate to compensate lost crit rate and damage with even higher value, i recently finished 8 set each for Sung, Emma, and Mei so it’s slow progress.
The Guardian set is not a niche set and it is incorrect to say, that it is only viable to characters that has shields. Guardian is one of if not the best support Gear. It has carried me on Vulcan hard on MeiLin, and it is my staple in PoD for meilin and Min. 10% Damage with almost 100% uptime is not something you will get in any of the sets. Oh did i not mention it is the #1 Support gear in PoD? Aqua and the Tag out set doesn't work in PoD. I have noticed a huge amount of damage loss, when i dont have this. As boosting 10% damage to SJW + 3 Hunters is imo the Meta. Once you go Guard you can never go back.😂

I don’t think 4pc burning greed gives you more break damage as I think only the 8 set gives you that and the 4 and 2 set just focus on applying and enhancing the greed buff I believe so they should work together
Well solid foundation is a game changer for alicia, a totally broken character. I think it's the opposite of useless cause Alicia can is the best dps in the game and as for now is stronger than sung. So my man, you are in the wrong here
I think calling solid foundation a "game changer" is a bit much but let me put it this way, Alicia only benefits from 18% damage from solid foundation as the basic attack damage is actually useless for her. However when you use either toughness or armed you can benefit from both of the set bonuses which will make them more valuable as for me personally I would much rather have an 8% crit rate and 32% crit damage (especially with her first dupe) or 5% extra attack and the ability to ignore some defense as opposed to only 18% extra core attack damage, which is why I think it's "useless" which might be a bit too harsh but it's because all the core attack DPS characters can't utilize much of the solid foundations set bonuses. Let me just note as well that the solid foundation set is fine but in comparison to the other DPS sets I don't think it is all that great when you compare them due to the reasons I've just mentioned. Hope this helps you understand my reasoning a bit more :)
@@olliehartplays I used toughness for Alicia, but when wobl came out I switched to solid foundation because of the burst damage was just insane along with tusk and meilin on the core attacks. It's worth trying, toughness is great don't get me wrong, but specifically on the most broken character atm (Alicia) I would use solid foundation
@@aeris4393 yeah that's fair enough, I mean it's kind of hard to be able to properly test these things as obviously it heavily depends on what kind of stats you have so you could have had a completely different experience to me, but I appreciate the input it always helps a lot :)
I have to Agree w/ Ollie Hart. Solid foundation contrary to other content creator, is actually weaker than Tougness, for Alicia. I couldn't clear F25 Hard mode with it and A2 alicia. After switching to Toughness on Alicia that was my game changer. As it just boosts everything. Plus you have Kargalan Shadow to do 32% Core Atk dmg. The only Meta use for Solid foundation now is on Lee Bora on PoD to keep the Charm debuff/buff always on.

Love the breakdown because I didn't really know what to give certain characters and how effective it would be in battle. I play this game everyday as I'm a big solo leveling fan overall no matter whether it's manwha books or the animation or the game, tbrh I haven't even got to level 80 yet and I've been playing this game since in came out due to family work but any chance I get I'm on it and learning. But I just wanna say thank you for this breakdown as now I might get to where I need to be a little fast. Thanks bro 🫡

If you have a full 78 burning curse set, is there ever a time you’d want to swap it out for dps to one of the older sets?

Burning sets are the best however you have to get the right stats to equip it. Which all I get is defense and hp stats.
Yeah it can be very painful getting the correct stats 😂
Most painful one is healing given on the curse and greed 😢
