I like this series of your videos and I'm glad that you're letting so many people know about Lovebites.
Unfortunately, in most cases, guest comments are extremely short and are quickly replaced by the next band.
For example, what did the guest say about Lovebites in this video?
He was just talking about a group that he could barely remember.
Since it was such a great project, I wanted to hear more comments about the band and the songs.
I look forward to future improvements.
I have been having the same sorts of opinion. Rather than hopping out to the next song quickly, we’d like hear more comments from the guests.
Great job Joel, loved it. The band he was referring to was baby Metal - as soon as he said 3 girls and speed metal I knew who it was.

I enjoy Jim's reactions. We don't all have to jump up and down and headbang to enjoy the songs, Jim is very studious when watching the artists. I forget to pick up the milk from the shop on the way home that I was told to barely 30 minutes before! so I can understand Jim not remembering every group's names, especially with his vast background. Don't forget Jim has some health isues so we should be wishing him well, not nitpicking.

I may have misinterpreted what Jim meant because he seemed to enjoy it, but when he said "if it wasn't Japanese and it wasn't woman it probably wouldn't interest me, but the fact it was those things...." sounded like he needed the visual things to enjoy the music. It was a little confusing to me. Still, good reaction.
Yeah - I found that comment weird too. Surely the quality of the music is what matters - not the race or gender of the musicians.

It's OK Joel I mean, there is only one band that fits this description,l being Babymetal but no worries. We are sometimes allowed brain seisures from time to time.
You guys did bring up an interesting convo in your responses. While I don't really follow K-Pop as much. There are a couple of groups i do. One is Rolling Quartz, which is a Korean rock band.
They are fantastic, & one miss IREE plays a sick Stevie Ray Vaughan. I highly recommend them & like Babymetal, their live shows are the better versions of their studious recordings.

I would definitely put them on the radar here. Dreamcatcher is the other one & are big Babymetal fans as well. They lean heavily Rock & is my favorite K-Pop group.
Anyways, one interesting thing about Lovebites's which gets missed. Is the J-Metal legecy of bands they are connected to. Destrose which was the brainchild of one Captain Mina.
Is also the beginnings of a few of the bands you have featured on your show. The Destrose family tree is large and includes some very noticeable bands here.
Lovebites's was created by former Destrose members Miho & Haruna. Mary's Blood was founded by 4 former members. Nemophila founder Mayu is also also a former member.

Aldious probably the most recognizable of the early legecy bands also has connections. Disqualia, Mardelas, Albion and the list goes on.
Captain Mina current mad experiment is Fate Gear. Which is a steam punk metal band which will melt your face. Captain Mina is a brilliant guitarist/musician in her own right.
Winds of Fall is there latest single but also recommend, Battle Against Justice, and a oustanding cover of Super Sonic Samurai by Victorious. 🤘🎸

American Rock??....Lot of European influence in there....(I'd have to give European bands credit for Rock/Metal more than any US bands)
