I have wasted several hours today trying to get it to raise. I was using the lever with a "throttle cable" running to the tiller. (not too good). I may use a winch or a servo now that I've seen yours. Big thanks
IS THERE A SUPPORT BRACKET ON THE END OF THE ROLL BAR ON THE FRONT BELT PULLEY THE BAR IS NUMBER 23 ON PARTS DIAGRAHM ITS PROBALY A SADDLE BLOCK I NEED ONE
Many thanks for posting your video, I have been trying to find a way to raise a tiller I have acquired, struggling to get hold of the Wheel Horse lifting parts. Can you give some details about your winch please? What make and model, where did you get it from etc? On my C125 the fuel tank might be in the way to mount a winch like you did.
Just a cheap harbor freight winch is all you need. I drilled 2 holes in the bracket under the seat and bolted the mount to that. Way better than straining your back trying to lift it .
You should be able to buy the Rockshaft kit from Wheelhorse parts and more. This hooks to your mower deck raise and lower etc. So technically no need for a winch if you use the oem way it was designed.
I can't seem to find the front pulley assembly on ebay or the rear mount. If you could point me in a direction please. Or give me a web site to search. Plus part no# or proper name of these two parts. Front pulleys and rear mounting bracket. Thanks.

I've read those tend to break the rear tail light, so be aware of that. Not sure if there's any mitigation strategies though
I did not have any issue with that.

@@devin6334 with a bad back, I'd rather have the winch do the heavy lifting 😊
@DJsWorkshop gotchya! I did not realize that was the reasoning for the winch. Hopefully I don't get to needing one someday!
