    Love the pattern review! I'm planning to make the Artisane Cardigan some time next year so hearing your experiences with it will help me later :) I worked on my Cameron Pullover by Noelle Knits while listening to you (it's a baby knit) and prepped for filming my own pod!

    I am knitting a pullover design 18 in cool wool Cashmere by Lana Grossa. It's a Cabelled sweater that you knit in panels then sew together. Loved your knitting.

    First time viewer. I love all knits! I was working on my ruffle cardigan by knitharina

    Your Artisan Cardigan is gorgeous! I’m not sure I would have had the patience with the pattern that you did. I Love the Moby(sp?) sweater in the pink that you showed …..that’s exquisite. While I watched, I’m knitting an Irma Hat with Juniper Moon Moonshine in and aqua/pool colorway.

      Thank you so much! The Moby is definitely one of my favorite knits. Thank you for sharing 😊

    Inspiring! If you use interchangebles you can use a smaller needle on the left….

    I love all your sweaters. You are a fast, beautiful knitter. I, too, am falling down the rabbit hole of Sandnes Garn and Petite knits. I just finished the Field Day cardigan by Ozetta and am thinking about another in a Double Sunday color. Too many sweaters and too little time.

      Thank you so much. 💓 I have a few Ozetta patterns on my to-knit list. But I hear ya, too many patterns, not enough time/hands 😆

      Thank you!! The Alder is such a stunning piece, I'm so curious about that design and would love to try to knit it one day :D

    I’m working on my Franky cardigan. Dying to start the Artisane cardi, a little disappointed that the pattern was frustrating. I’ve been apprehensive about that. Your cardi looks gorgeous!!

    Where did you buy the booklet that included the Artisane cardigan? I'm having a hard time finding it.

      @sarahlillymakes  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, it should be linked in the description box, but I purchased it at titityy.fi/en just in case.

      Unfortunately, it looks like they're sold out in the English pattern booklet now. I would sign up for restock notifications to know when it restocks.

    Your Artisane cardigan is gorgeous! I definitely would like to make one. I appreciate your description of the challenges. Where do you get your pattern booklets? They have been out of stock at mother knitter for awhile…

      Thank you so much! If you don't mind international shipping, I love this store and get my Sandnes garn products from them very quickly. titityy.fi/en/category/sandnes-garn/135

    Your Artisane Cardican looks so lovely! 😍I'm considering making it as well, but I was wondering if you think it's possible to join the back and front panels together after the sleeve increases are made, instead of just before the ribbing? I checked the pattern, and there doesn't seem to be a difference in row tension between the different stitch patterns. Besides the fact that it's easier to figure out your place in the pattern repeat if you keep the panels separate, have you come across any other reason why the pattern is written that way?

    • @sarahlillymakes
      @sarahlillymakes  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much 😊. I believe I saw one person do that, I think it was under the instagram hashtag, and I definitely think it could work.. my only concern is that it could be more complicated than it already is, especially the texture. I think doing the individual panels seemed like an easier option, so you're focused on one type of texture/cable at a time. But I don't see why one couldn't join and work the entire garment flat instead of seaming it up.

      @@sarahlillymakes Thanks for your reply! ❤ I will try it out and put a lifeline in, if it's too difficult I can then always frog back. But it certainly won't be a project for when I'm tired. 😅
