I am polish citizen but I cannot speak Polish and don't live in Poland. Do you think it is possible to verify online with an official without speaking Polish? I have my Polish passport with me.
I studied in poland for 4 years and went back home. I want to request a certificate of criminal records but to do that I need to creat a trusted profile to get it electronically. But i dont have a PESEL number and I dont live in Poland anymore. Can I still get a Trusted profile ?

If you have bank account still working..then maybe you can try with bank
