Tremendous work being done there. Great to see the concrete sleepers are being re-purposed and not broken up and dumped. Every little bit helps when upgrading and maintaining.Thanks for the update.

i like the screw guide at 9:50. i keep one of the old brace and bit things with a slot-head driver bit fitted in the end of it. the brace must have been how it was done years ago. i cant see how any mortal man could have installed all the screws to hold down the roof of our 1880's inner melbourne cottage using just a bloody screwdriver. it wouldnt matter how fat the handle was.
