We are constantly pulled into identifying with this world of form. Sometimes the more painful a memory is the more of a magnetic pull it has, & we become lost in the anguish of the 'person' we identify being.
Listening to your words reminds us gently that we are the awareness in which all the forms arise & pass away.

I’m trying to sell a resort in Fiji that my sister in law developed in the 90’s on Vanua Levu Island, 28 kilometers from Savusavu airport. I had a notion of turning it into a yoga retreat - but that is sort of a pipe dream - it would actually be perfect for what you’re doing with Tusk - but that is probably in another lifetime with you -! but I do love you. ❤️ At least I’m on the same same time zone as you on a cosmic scale.
Hi Julia, this is my first time watching one of your videos and it seems that the audio for this one was only picked up by one part of the microphone or something like that? because it only plays the sound on one earphone not on both and I just checked another one of your videos and the audio is fine. Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know in case that matters!
