They called the bridge operator and asked them hey is it ok if take a video of the ship On the lift bridge as it it goes up and down and the bridge operator said yes always ask before doing things without permission
Idk about this bridge, but there are a number on the Erie Canal that have walkways to especially allow pedestrians to cross while they’re raised. Obviously you aren’t going to see any ships like the Tregurtha though lol.
