Yep, I think single rooms are around 800-1k more per year. Singles are normally hard to get as a freshman, but due to COVID, it might be easier now!

What was your group’s lottery number? Also, do you know how many 6 vs 10 person apartments there are in hillside? I’m a freshman and trying to decide if we should stick with our group of 6 or find 4 more people to increase our chances of getting an apartment.
