But enaku IPO tha puriyuthu problem solving, aptitude and DSA le strong ah irunthatha company le Vella kadaikumnu because enaiya maari course elarum padikiraha but 100% candidates le 10% peoples tha unmaiyave DSA and full leetcode problems um solve panirupanga. Mathavangala(like me) time poga poga family situations nalle vera ethachu career pathutu pooraga sila peruku athuvum amaiya matingithu like me sister.

I have 1 yr of experience in a service based company working in Nodejs backend but I'm proficient in DSA and MERN stack with AWS and some other devops tools. Now I'm looking to switch for some product based companies. My doubt is current company CTC is very low, if i try to switch means they will give hike based on previous company or it based on their company salary grade for the particular position?
