Hi Kabita I enjoy your recipes .when I have to cook something for the first time I look for your recipe.Only suggestion I have for cabbage is we should add Hing as cabbage and cauliflower cause Gas and hing helps.

Hello Mam, Today I was making cabbage bhaji. I do not see the name of the chef. I only see the no. of views. yours viewers were 1.7 million. When i took the laptop in the kitchen, I recognized your voice. I said to myself, here is Kabita again. I have tried a few of your recipes. The manner in which you show, like the ingredients in advance before we cook it, it gives a clear picture. I really enjoy your videos. When your little son comes in between the frame, its amusing.
This cabbage bhaji I tried, I put in little spring onions and Celery. It was there in my fridge. We only use it for making chinese dishes. It remains in the fridge. so I put little of it the cabbage bhaji. I did not inform my wife. And what a taste it was.
I will also upload my cooking for the benefit of those are new to cooking, like me. Thank you once again. I do not know how to post where everybody can see it. So I posted it here.

Mindblowing kabita ji. For the 1st time,Yesterday i tried this method and prepared my 1st cabbage sabji after going thru ur video..That tej-patta leaves enhanced the flavor+I replaced ginger/garlic with ginger-garlic paste..did not add peas/coriander powder as it was not available at home...i made it a little spicy .it turned out to be tasty.thanks for this video..looking forward for more insightful videos.Thanks again

I have to say I am not a fan of cabbage because its not the tastiest vegetable out there. So, after reading all the positive comments, i tried your recipe and I must say its bomb!!! why do you use cumin seeds and cumin powder together? They are both cumin. So why do you use two different forms? Is there a difference in taste?
yes, both brings the different flavour in sabzi or curry :)
but cumin should taste the same, whether used as whole seeds, or as powder.. no? How are the flavors different in both forms?
