She recognizes she has a quick to anger problem, wants to change, & she's asking for help...I'm proud of her for that & I hope she is successful in overcoming & changing her behavior...This is a common problem & if more people asked for help for it then all of us would be better off. A lot of times people express anger that is out of proportion to the event b/c they assign more significant meaning to it & then work themselves up b/c of what they think the action means rather then accepting the action at face value & just forgive & forget.
The first step to solving a problem is to recognize you have one....
