Mine will have 2 hidden side seam pockets, because, as far as I am concerned, if a dress doesn't have pockets, it's a deal breaker. Lol. I can't tell you how many times I left things I loved in the store simply because they didn't have pockets. I do know how to put pockets in, but I already have enough sewing, updating, mending, alternations to do just for me and my husband and son. Golly, nowadays, I don't get anything if it's going to be another project I don't want to do. I'd rather start from scratch like making this lovely dress!! 😊👍
It looks nice with the sash for a style variation but I love the flowiness of the cut of the dress without the sash even better.

Yes!!! I rather start over as well!! So I like the convenience of pockets but I don’t love pockets on knit dresses! I don’t like the extra bulk! 😂😂
