Hey everyone! Important thing to point out!
At fishing 20 and 24 I tell you to upgrade your rod, the ONLY reason I say this is because event fishing is still better than blazes! If you’re a fast grinder and don’t think you’ll be doing any fish events soon, feel free to ignore that piece of advice :)))

When talking about pets you say that the flying fish is better than ammonite even at max hotm, does max hotm being 10 change that or is the 3 extra scc negligible?

OMG, so I did start doing the math for penguin pet and that’s definitely better than flying fish, even outside of glacite cave
I havent even started doing math for the ammonite, but it might be meta outside glacite caverns!
I’ll comment shortly after I’ve done the math!

Okay at base 100 speed and base 50% sea creatures + whatever bonuses each pets give
Flying fish would average 264 sea creatures per hour
With the new percentage ammonite would average 292 BUT ONLY WITH MINING 60 FISHING 50! It seems as if missing about 20 collective levels of either is where it gets worse again
I was somehow incorrect in my math with penguin, its still better in glacite tunnels tho
To sum up, mythic flying fish if you have magma lord
If you have mining 60 and fishing 30 ammonite is better at hotm 10
Flying fish is better if you don’t
Penguin only good in glacite tunnels!
This math was done quickly and is probably super scuffed, I’ll prob make an official video about it later!
