I've not played tabletop/board games in years now. Neither am I a diehard Masters of the Universe fan. But that is such a lovingly crafted set - from the attention to detail, the apparent quality all the way through to the models and art work - it makes me want it!
I've had this Box Set for ages. But it sits in the mountain of shame. But this review has made me want to dig it out and get everything assembled right now.
The hex board. It looks like a battletech map. However, the MOTU world and environment is so full of color. A missed opportunity, an easy fix though. Also the terrain painting- hues of either blue purple or green belong more than grey.
Fab to see this coming out on some of the big channels. I've owned it for some time, but there is a lack of how to play guides. Will you fine folk being doing a Let's Play on it?
Why didn't marvel do this all those decades ago? It was only a few years later that Hero quest and space crusade found a market with the younger players.
