The easiest method is what I showed in this tutorial, copying a template, editing the template and uploading the HTML template and not WordPress. If that is what you are looking at, I have a video in my Infinityfree mastery playlist on how to upload a website file to Infinityfree.
To convert this website to WordPress first is not free, I have several methods covered in my cloning playlist to get that done.
