    Yes, Max is right. I've never heard or knew of Zanzibar. I only discovered Zanzibar while searching for beautiful beaches in Africa. From that search, i discovered Seychelles and Zanzibar just over a year ago. I was shocked to see how beautiful both Seychelles and Zanzibar islands were. It seems America doesn't want many to know how beautiful Africa really is...I will be in Zanzibar to invest and live by 2025.

    A lady on another channel said the power goes out a lot there. I’m starting to wonder if the west has something to do with holding the continent back when it comes to having water & power consistently.

    Respect our island, our people, our culture, and our religion. Many of us Zanzibari diaspora are returning home as well. When I visited two years ago, I got into a confrontation with a European guy because they disrespected a Zanzibari restaurant worker. Everyone is welcome here, but let it be clear no foreigner will be allowed to disrespect us in our own home.

    Im a new doctor. I went through school with two kids, raising them alone in poverty. Now that Ive finished school, they are coming into adulthood and we want out of constant threat because of our race. My kids have never had rhe ability to just be seen. We're definitely leaving, its just a matter of to where and how we will survive. Im thinking of avenues to practice medicine...and help with our first visit. Side note: I think I've watched every video on this channel across the diaspora. Love it.

    If you plan on establishing a business in Tanzania/Zanzibar, it is mandatory that you partner with a native citizen of the country and give them 51% of the business, but you will have the absolute pleasure of funding the business 100%. So if you’re of the diaspora it’s not a reasonable proposition. This part of business in Tanzania is so critical that it should never be left out in any discussions about doing business there.

      @MaxMaxwellYT หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is 100% False and I speak from todays experience. I own 3 separate companies in Zanziabar and one in mainland and I did not give anyone 51% if any business. You can do a simple google search and see this is incorrect. Good Luck.

    • @Obadiah1121
      @Obadiah1121 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @MaxMaxwellYT Well, that’s great. 100% of the videos that I’ve watched validated what I said. When I looked it up online, it stated that the state dept was working to making business dealings more favorable for Americans. If what you said is true, it’s welcomed information.

    • @Obadiah1121
      @Obadiah1121 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @MaxMaxwellYT “Yes, in Tanzania, for foreigners to own businesses, a Tanzanian citizen must typically hold at least 51% ownership of the company, meaning that foreign investors cannot have majority control in most business ventures; this is particularly important in sectors like media and mining where local ownership requirements are strict.” Look what my “simple google search” revealed. 🤣

    Why Zanzibar?? Do they even know the shady anti African history of such a place? Some brothers and sister from America choose the most untested locations to start life in Africa, then complain about the whole continent when the red flags are unbearable. Use due diligeance, research about their tolerance. We have places like Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe even Kenya is a decent start. Other areas can be no go zones for non locals due to one reason or another sadly.
