For my concerns as a Ghanaian student, I noticed that most developers and Diasporian limit themselves to only the city. I visited cape coast and to realize that there are most talent over there but there’re no job for the people and the people of Volta region too. I think the various city’s in Ghana has to be develop too.

immigrants make choices based on what's good for them. The talent must move to where the job opportunity is. If lots of a particular talent exists in a place and the
infrastructure is there to support the business, then the location makes good business sense.
