  • F-3-1 dependent family visa, which is issued as a single entry, is for the spouses and children of people who have some South Korean visas. The conditions defined for this visa are similar to those set for the primary visa holder. In other words, if the E-2 visa holder extends his permit for another year, the F-3-1 visa of his dependent will be renewed for another year.

    What visa should I apply if I want to visit my kids working in Korea longterm

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you want to visit your children who are working in South Korea on a long-term basis, you should apply for a South Korean F-3-1 Family Reunion Visa. The F-3-1 visa is designed for family members of foreign nationals who are residing in South Korea for work or study purposes. This visa allows you to visit and stay with your children while they are living and working in South Korea.
      Here are some key points to consider when applying for an F-3-1 Family Reunion Visa:
      Eligibility: To be eligible for this visa, you must be a direct family member of the person working in South Korea, such as a spouse, child, or parent.
      Application Process: You will need to submit the required application documents, including proof of your relationship with the family member in South Korea, your financial means to support yourself during your stay, and any other documents specified by the South Korean embassy or consulate.
      Duration: The F-3-1 visa can be issued for various durations, depending on your family member's visa status in South Korea. It can be a short-term or long-term visa.
      Sponsorship: Your family member working in South Korea will typically need to provide a sponsorship letter and support your visa application.
      Renewal: If you wish to extend your stay in South Korea, you can apply for visa extensions while you are in the country.

    If i move south korea for Master’s program can my husband have spouse visa. If yes.. Then how many days after. Please answer my question

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, if you move to South Korea for a Master's program, your husband can apply for an F-3-1 spouse visa. He can apply for this visa as soon as you have your own visa and study arrangements confirmed. He will need to provide documents including a copy of your student visa, marriage certificate, proof of finances, and other required forms. It's advisable to apply simultaneously or shortly after your own visa is secured to minimize delays.

    Which kind of TB test should be done from blood sample for dependent visa to South Korea???
    As there are so many types of TB test from blood sample..
    Me confused. Kindly confirm me.

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      The QuantiFERON-TB Gold test is a standard form of tuberculosis test frequently needed for dependant visa applications to South Korea. Different forms of TB tests may also be utilized. However, confirming the particular criteria with the South Korean embassy or consulate in your place of origin is essential.

    Do they need the months of the latest bank statements?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, for a South Korean F-3-1 Family Visa application, you typically need to provide the latest bank statements. The exact number of months required can vary, but it is common to provide statements for the last three to six months to demonstrate financial stability.

    Hi,
    I recently came to Korea at E-3 Visa. I got my ARC Card. Now I would like to invite my spouse with F-3-1 visa. What should the invitation letter be composed of? Also Can whole F-3-1 visa process be done online through e-Visa portal? If yes, what are the steps?
    Also after reaching at Korea, F-3-1 can be converted to E-3 Visa?

    I'm in Korea legally, and I'm trying to apply for the F-3 Visa. However, my immigration officer says I cannot apply from inside Korea and I must leave and visit an embassy. Is there somewhere on Korean Immigration website, or a document, that verifies I can apply from within Korea, without leaving the country?

    Hello
    I've never been to korea before my Korean husband visited in my home country and we registered our marriage in korea ( i sent him papers) and i can't travel to korea without visa ( my country citizenship holders need visa to enter korea ) so how can my korean husband take me to korea ?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      To bring you to South Korea, your Korean husband can sponsor you for an F-3-1 Dependent Family Visa. The application involves completing a form on the Korean visa portal and submitting it along with the required documents to the South Korean Embassy in your country. Additional steps and documents may be required based on your specific circumstances and the embassy's requirements.

    I have an E-7-1 visa. I would like to bring my wife right after marriage. Can I apply for f-3 visa within a month of marriage certificate issuance date? Or do I have to wait a certain amount of time, like 6 months, before applying the dependant visa? Are there such requirements for marriage longevity?

      The immigration department hasn't specified this. They just want your marriage to be legal. You can ask a Korean embassy and make certain.

    Sir, if I get a D-2 visa, can I apply for F-3 visa for my child before going to South Korea to bring my child along with me?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      You'd better land in Korea then apply for a family visa.

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you hold a D-2 visa and you want to bring your child to South Korea on an F-3 visa, it is generally not possible to apply for the F-3 visa for your child before you arrive in South Korea. The F-3 visa is typically granted to immediate family members of foreign residents in South Korea. Therefore, you would need to enter South Korea on your D-2 visa first, and then follow the necessary procedures to apply for the F-3 visa for your child while you are in the country.

      @@Rahat_Korea They might have updated their application forms. If an application form allows you t apply for two people at the same time. You never know when you need them.
