As a Baton Rouge native who bleeds purple and gold, I can't begin to tell you how frustrating it was to watch our defense last season.
It was the exact opposite of the Miles era.
LSUs schedule sets up very well for tigers to make a run for atlanta and playoffs. Toughest three games (ole miss, bama and ou) are all in Death Valley. LSU gets a bye before ole miss and bama. Get the sooners thanksgiving weekend. BR will be lit. ou will see what Tiger Stadium is all about.
CBK has his LSU team in a better spot now than the other nine opponents.
Early lines already have lsu favored in all three of those games too
In think LSU will win at least 10 games this upcoming season.
Bro that should be the minimum
I think Nussmeier is Good ! Under rated a little . If ..If they get the D together, they're a 9 win team
10 wins
LSU's defense will be greatly improved next season but it's still going suck.
The whole "I ThoUghT this WaS AmerICA" is amazing 😂😂😂. That the perfect explanation for deion 🤣🤣☠️☠️☠️
Let's revisit that Dillon Gabriel take.
They got Jackson Blaziken.
2020 was coach O
🔥
Best coach in the country 🧐
Homie forgot losing in embarrassing fashion to Miami in 17. Losing Georgia at home. Losing to mid Michigan team. Losing to very mid Cincinnati AT HOME with a CFP big on the line. Besides the SEC west, on a go ahead touchdown, what has the man won?
Hmmm. Seems that you are forgetting that he has out recruited Marcus Freeman in each of the 3 cycles since their hiring. He has out performed Freeman in every way considering what each inherited. Oh and what about Freeman's embarrassing losses to Marshall and Stanford AT HOME. Maybe you should stick to the ND threads where ya'll can all make up a bunch of whining BS about a coach who left 3 years ago. All because you know your program now has a subpar token hire for a coach.
@@rachet0708 who cares buddy he’s never won
UGA played for the natty in 2017 when they lost to them, and Cincy went undefeated 2 years in a row then made the CFP. So I’ll stand by the skewed comment
I thought Colorado was building thru the portal? Have they not added top lineman on both sides of the ball?
Geaux tigers
The offense will be good. The defense, hmmmmm?
The defense doesn’t have to be great it just doesn’t have to be the worst in school history
Oregon fan here but “I hope Colorado goes 0-12” is CRAZYYYY😂😂
Shit take on shedur.
LSU can play offense but unfortunately they are becoming like Lincoln Riley teams. They will never have a defense. They are slowly going downhill. Plus their collective is broke and can’t win against the big dogs in the portal
Uninformed opinion. Come back in December when your prediction will be debunked.
5-5, 6-7, 10-4, 10-3 that’s going downhill? LSU had a really good defense in 2022 (10-4 year). 2023 was bad defensively, but to say they’ll never have a defense is a stretch.
No man. LSU will definitely take a step back. They lost 80% of their offensive production and haven't really added any talent on the defensive side. Even if all that's true, I'm still saying 8-5 final record only because their schedule is relatively weak.
😂😂
You remember way back after the '06 season LSU lost 1st round QB and TWO 1st round WRs to NFL '07 draft. FIRST time in NFL draft history that happened. Now LSU done did it for a SECOND time. Only one other school has done it once. You member what tigers did in '07?
The biggest take on what LSU returns on offense is FOUR starters from a Joe Moore finalist. That's FOUR starters that will be in their THIRD year starting together.
CBK ADDED MAJOR talent on defensive side of the ball. One of the best defensive coaching staffs in america. LSUs run defense was one of the worst in the country. Tigers just had THREE DTs drafted. Big problem on defense was Xs and Os not jimmies and joes.
Who's your team? Just curious.
😅😅😅
Not really, on offense they have WRs and an above average QB. No one, including you expected Jayden Daniels to be who he was. Coaching was an issue on the defensive side, if you can’t coach a kid to turn around as a DB, wtf are you coaching? Defense will be more balanced thin but a bit better. 9-3 with a bowl game
You need to put down the pipe and back away slowly.
No they will get 7 wins
LSU lost Heisman winner Daniels, first rounders Nabers and Thomas what was literally 99,99% of the offense and has to fix a horrendus defense instant. 9-3, 8-4 is the max i give the bayou bengals. Good Luck
