I like this version better than the animated version because in this movie, snow white killed the queen instead of being crushed by a giant rock and that she had someone snow white trusted to shape shift into
I wish there was a faithful adaptation of Grimm's original, Snow White is not as simple as she appears after all, even though she is gullible and quite naive, the original story was scary enough, the original ending also has a political tone in addition to the message that good always triumphs over evil (Snow White will be the heir to her father's throne when she is old enough to marry, and perhaps Snow White knew this early on, deciding to use the prince's hand to kill the queen and take back her throne)
I think Kristen did a wonderful job in this movie! very convincing, the acting, the accent..she may not be great in everything but perfect in this role
Kirsten started suffocating too soon (she barely gulped down the apple), and the transformation of Ravenna could have been done sooooo much better! but all in all an enjoyable movie. The best part is Ravenna's bathing scene.

Timing of suffocation is accurate. It's in enchanted apple. Look how fast it decays into true form, the effects are more 'spell like'.
