If I had a nickel for every time that Chris Hemsworth fought a malevolent queen with the power to materialize and throw blades I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
I wish the ice queen practiced using her power so she could've been better. I was actually rooting for her. She was carrying pain but still cared the only way she knew how.
Freya: *conjures an entire wall of ice on the other side of the room to protect everyone* Also Freya: *lightly frosts Revanna's shoulders with a bear hug and several courtesy seconds*
I think it might be because her powers are tied to her emotions. Her “children” were endanger and being killed, thus the tremendous surge in power. However, she was attacking her sister, and trying to freeze her reluctantly with plenty of hesitation. Because she didn’t want to have to do it.
@anthonybrowne1289 That would make sense if she wasn't trying to kill you first. Survival instincts are the greatest emotions. It's movie magic to think the actor emotions away with every line of dialog or action. This whole scene is a battle and they're all emotional the entire time.
@@cainabel6356this is sequel, and yes the evil queen had died in the first movie by snow white. But in this movie, it was explained that her soul survived and resided inside mirror, and here she was summoned out by her sister.
in addition to having a brother named Finn, who was also her bodyguard slash manservant that shared her life force to a certain extent, the Evil Queen Ravenna also had a sister named Freya, who was a late bloomer in the art of magic Freya was in love with the Duke of Blackwood and became pregnant with his daughter, even though he was engaged to another woman, but Freya believed in love despite her sister warning her against it Ravenna's magic mirror later warned her that the daughter born of the love shared between her sister and the Duke of Blackwood would grow up to become a threat to her, so Ravenna used magic to brainwash the Duke into setting his daughter's crib on fire, when Freya came across the scene, so she was so distraught by the loss of her child that she awakened her deadly winter magic and instantly killed the Duke by freezing him solid and shattering his frozen body in the aftermath, Freya became the Snow Queen and left her sister to establish her own kingdom in the north, while Ravenna and Finn continued conquering the south traumatized by the loss of her child, Freya coped with it by kidnapping children from the lands she conquered and training them to be her elite huntsmen
She became a part of the magic mirror & then her sister summoned her out. I think they planned on making a 3rd movie too, but it didn’t do well enough.

His acting always the same....mediocre actor
Hela and Ravenna how fun

Freya isn’t a Princess, she’s a Queen. She has her own Kingdom
This is better than what we are gonna get this March
I wish Freya put up an actual fight against Ravenna
The Ice Queen is my favorite character ever. Idk what it is but she's just a reallly good character.
Have to say that this was a case of the sequel being way better than the first one.
I thought this was the prequel. Also, didn't she already die from Snow White?

Its like a thor and hela fights 😂
2 S-tier actresses stuck in such a mediocre movie that even 2 of them having a perfect interactions can't save it. Gotta love Hollywood.
Elsa watching this: 👁️👄👁️

How can it be a prequel and a sequel at the same time? I would think it would be a different reality.
@@cainabel6356 by having events that take place both before and after the events of the original movie.

Wait, she died twice? Didn't Snow White defeat her before all of this or did Thor defeat her first?
This is a sort of "midquel":both a prequel and a sequel.
Snow White killed her physical body. This is her soul trapped in the mirror.
She became a part of the magic mirror & then her sister summoned her out. I think they planned on making a 3rd movie too, but it didn’t do well enough.

She killed Anna?
👏👋👋👋👋
Stabbed through center mass but wounded in the shoulder ....
It was from the first strike against her before they got over the wall
Frozen 🥶 Princess 👸🏻: Murderer!
she is not a murderer, she is a child kidnapper because her sister killed her baby and she is a queen, not a princess
@@peterang6912 She treated them well and raised them to be strong. She also risked her own life to protect them so cut her some slack.

It’s funny how such a B movie script got all these A list actors to sign on.
It's like thor vs. hella
Omg Chris Hemsworth is so so so so handsome and sexy I love him so much

This is trash. Trash that was very expensive but still trash.
This movie was so stupid.
Speak for yourself - I haven’t seen the movie but this fight was pretty fun
@@tobenamed610Agree with you. I loved this scene. Charlize and Emily can do no wrong
