Renault Master Van - Broken Headlight Replacement DIY How To

One of the front headlights was damaged before we bought the van, recently it failed an MOT on this and on further investigation the inside parts are damaged beyond a satisfactory repair. So we are going to replace the headlight complete, this video shows the process of removing the front grill, headlight, indicator and detaching the wires etc then moving the working bulbs into the new unit ready for reinstallation. The new headlight was then adjusted at an MOT station and passed, we bought the replacement headlight from Euro Car Parts. The van is an older Renault Master 2004, 2.5 DCI G9U engine but this should also work for other vans including the Vauxhall Movano and Nissan Primestar which share similar features to the Master.
