Can’t wait for the blogging and your cookbook😊 My husband went to culinary school in the way he thought about it was if it goes into culinary he’ll always have a job because everybody needs to eat and it’s true we all need to eat. It has so many outcomes for delicious food when you know technique and skills. I can’t wait for all the new foods and for your vlogs ❤
I don't know if you read these, but I hope you do. I took in my niece and nephew a few months ago and it was hard. I haven't seen them in years, so it was an adjustment. However, I watch your videos and love them. I fell in love with Birria around 2009 when I went to a store restaurant and they had it as a soup. I was given a sample and asked them if they would make it into a burrito and they did it. I was in love. I tried to buy it from restaurants recently, but no one really made it. So I watched you and I decided to try to make it myself. It was great. The main thing is that my niece and nephew loved it so much that they asked for it again. The next time, my nephew asked me if he could help make it. It was even better; then my niece wanted to start cooking with me. Long story short, your videos made us much closer and removed a lot of the awkward barriers. Thank you!

Just learning substitutions for allergie sufferers was an eye opener. Learning how to plan a whole meal with a unifying theme, that yet, wasn't repetitive was really a big challenge; love bright colors and wild flavors, bit not everyone does. And how to control salt; unlike almost any other student they ever had I use to little 😃 Thank you for years of good cooking.
