I have watched several videos on how to do this, but yours is simple and straight forward. I like the idea of raising up the front of the mower almost vertical . I would suggest you use a small chain or cable instead of the rope you show in the video. for additional safety.
I have the same hydro on my craftsman, the tractor stopped moving while I was mowing. I replaced the drive belt with part 140218, still doesn't move. Do you have any idea what could be the problem?
