Fr tho! I identify as vaccinated. It's almost as if an identity is not scientific enough. Accommodation is easy, regularly test, require masks and require regular sanitization. Not hard. The last step between someone and the virus is them. If they are vaccinated, they should be fine, right?! You cannot get the virus, if you do not introduce it to your system. Wash, sanitize, repeat.

Wow, this woman is completely wrong. Your employer does not have the right to ask you details about your faith whatsoever you could tell them you believe in a unicorn and it's none of their business. It doesn't even have to be a widely recognized religion, I've been attached these court cases in the past few months and I can tell you this woman is 100% correct you have a right to a religious exemption without all these details she is alleging.
I hope you're right, Kristen. I've just been given a verbal ultimatum at work. Get the shot or look for work elsewhere. Neither of us has yet to bring up the topic of exemptions. Should I first request that she provide her vaccination policy in writing (I highly doubt that she has one)? It's a small company; only 5 of us work there.

You put the employer on notice about your religious exemption. When you go into work meetings don’t say anything write everything down and tell them you’ll get back to them later and you also can look into a conditional acceptance letter.You are protected under Title 7 and EEOC religious discrimination.

While I don’t think this is the mark of the beast, I firmly believe that it enables it. It sets a precedent that puts a system in place to easily institute the mark when the time comes. My parents are losing their jobs after 15 years in provincial gov... my fiancee who is 23 & an international student from India will be losing her private sector job next I'm sure. I was exempt from the shot at work in the hospital. I never had Covid. I was denied medication for Multiple sclerosis because I didn't take the shot. I worked the entire pandemic. Never missed a day of work. I am disabled now from my MS and can't work anymore. So unfair.

Hope you all realize that Christ NEVER proclaimed Christianity nor any other religions. They cannot question your religious beliefs. They are YOUR beliefs. Not theirs. Just like HIPPA or whatever it is protects people with health conditions and you cannot legally ask them about it. You have to accept HIPPA without a second guess.

How can the employee be the one presenting the "undue hardship" when the business is the one implementing the policy that requires exempting?
If a business implements a policy that says they will give $1,000,000 dollars to charity for every religious exemption approved, does that mean they have completely circumvented ever having to give another religious exemption?
