Please can you post another video where you show the grinder and how you press the coffee ? I have a lavazza espresso créma and I can’t have créma at all !! How do you do it please ?
Or do you have video to show? Maybe can see what's the problem. Sometimes is grinding setting not fine enough. By the way, my grinder was Eureka Mignon. Need to grind very fine.
@@pjshien thank you for your answer. Will try to post a video. I tried very fine to fine to coarse with a Breville pro Grinder. In fact, when I lift the lever up, it goes down systematically as if there is no pressure at all. When you lift the lever up at the max, does it hold alone at the top 5 to 6 sec without pressing it down? Mine goes down directly ! :((
@@watchreview6302 Normally I lift up lever before fully locking up portafilter (up to the lever before water start coming out), then only lock my fortafilter and pull up lever to the max to let water in. This is to prevent vacuum effect in group head and suck up coffee puck and ruin the coffee puck. Some do this way and some don't. But I saw some who don't do this way also can pull very nice shot.

The only thing is that when the lift is at the max(when the water begins to show up) there is no pressure at all on the lift when I’m pushing it down. If I don’t touch the lift it will get down alone by itself as if there is no pressure at all. PS: it’s a brand new la pavoni europicola.
