Unitarianism says there's one source. Universalism says there's one destination. It's agnosticism that says that the existence of god is unknown and unknowable (strong agnosticism, at least), not universalism.
Other religions are problematic when they assert that there's only one path, one way to understand god (e.g., as the Christian God, Yahweh, Allah, etc.) and that other people's gods are false. UU asserts that there is one source of life, but accepts all religions as an aspect of that god. (Not that some religions aren't faulty, but they are all genuinely seeking knowledge of the one source.) Religions are flawed when they deny the validity of all other religions & claim special knowledge of god.
This man may be somewhat solid in any Biblical references he may use, but strictly speaking about any Theological, or Philosophical ground, he has exceedingly week thoughts on this matter. Personally I don't believe he fully grasps what he's talking about.

actually universalism is about that nobody knows anything. not about 1 source.
