My biggest one was a meadow in New Hampshire that I planted hundreds of thousands of wildflower seeds in over several years. That one lasted the longest and was about 600 feet ear to ear. It may actually still be there I just stopped planting years ago and haven't been there in over 10 years now. I'm not sure how old the Google Earth image was of that one but last I looked it could just about be seen.

Actually Lake Mickey was next to the lost Disney World Motor Speedway, it was raced on by Indy cars and the NASCAR Truck series, though after a death in a sports car track drive thing, (the drivers were going on the track backwards, which it's not designed to be driven that way) Disney shut down the track and it was never raced on again. It is now a road with an overgrown lake
On the bus from the airport to Disney the driver was like “these solar panels are actually one of the biggest hidden mickeys” Then I tried to find it on Google maps to see the Mickey shape but I couldn’t
