      It's called Palette Paper. You can get it in most art supply stores.

    i see you're not diluting your brush in water and it works perfectly.

      The amount of water I used depends on which type of acrylics I'm painting with. I was using soft body acrylics in this video and they don't require much water or medium. If I was using heavy body acrylics I would have used much more water or medium.

    Are you using transparent or opaque paint?

    • @ElleByers
      @ElleByers  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm just using regular acrylic paint - Liquitex Basics. Some colors are more transparent and some are more opaque. It really depends on the color.

    What brush do you use to outline? Good work! Thanks for sharing.

    • @ElleByers

      Thank you! I mostly have the Artist Loft brand from Michaels and I also have some Royal & Langnickel that I like a lot. The one I used for the outline was Royal & Langnickel.

      @@ElleByers Thank you. Do you use a liner type brush for that? I love watching you paint!

    • @ElleByers
      @ElleByers  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sandrafrances I'm glad you're enjoying my vidoes! I don't use the same brush all the time. I usually just grab whatever is clean and close by! I would say that most of the time for outlining I try to use a small round brush or even a small filbert. For my flowers I tend to use flat brushes. I hope that helps. If you want to DM me on Instagram, I can send you a picture of the brushes that I use the most.
